InterConnect for Macola Item Order History

The Order History by Item page has a graph showing sales amounts for the current and previous four years (by default) or for the entered date range. The page also has a list of ordered items. You can change the sort order of the list by item, last order number, last order date, quantity (ordered), and (quantity) shipped. On each item you can see open and historical sales orders by clicking the blue arrow at the right end of the item's row. You can click an item's description in the Description column to open the Item Sales Report.

Use the fields at the top to filter the information shown on the graph and in the list:

  • Division: Select a division. These are back office companies set up in InterConnect.
  • Account
  • Account Manager
  • View (Graph): Select to view the graph by order date or invoice date.
  • Dates
  • Reseller

You can add up to three columns of additional information for the report by selecting fields from Field 1, Field 2, and Field 3. There are five item notes and five user defined item fields to choose from. When you select a field, click the Refresh button to update the report.

How to View Item Order History

  1. Navigate to the main InterConnect page (Menu: InterConnect).
  2. Click Reports.
  3. Under the Macola ES heading, click Orders/Sales Reports.

  4. On the Orders/Sales tab, under the Current Activity heading, click Item Order History.
