InterConnect for Macola Work Phone Queue

The Work: Phone Queue page shows a table with the account types; sector; accounts; account rating; contact date; and action from the selected row and column from the phone queue. You can complete these actions for any account that is shown:

  1. Change the contact date by 10, 20, or 30 days
  2. Create a new quote or request
  3. Remove a record from the phone queue

Use the fields at the top of the page to filter the information in the table:

Division: Select a division. These are back office companies set up in InterConnect.

Phone queue: On the customer account card, there is a phone queue field. Any number in that field can be selected from this list. You can use this as a way of categorizing or grouping accounts.

Account status: There are two options. Choose Active, which shows only active accounts in the list, or All, which shows all accounts.

Account Manager: Enter or search for an account manager to see accounts for only that account manager.

Reseller: Enter or search for a reseller to see accounts for only that reseller.

Account types: Select the types of accounts to include in the list. The only account types visible are those set up on the phone queue set up page.

Types: There are two options. Choose Account to see all account and main contacts. Choose All to see ...

Sector: Enter or search for a sector to see accounts that are associated with that sector.

Project: Enter or search for a project to see accounts that are associated with that project.

Next Follow-up Date: Enter a range of dates to see the accounts that need a follow-up in that date range.

From the records in the table, you can open the customer account card or the contact card.

You can also enter a new phone queue request by clicking the New Phone Queue Request button. This opens the Phone Queue (IC) - New page.

To change the contact date for an account, click contact in 10, 20, or 30 days. This changes the date on the account card (or contact card) in the free field section that was enabled for phone queue.

How to Open the Work Phone Queue Page

  1. Navigate to the main InterConnect page (Menu: InterConnect).
  2. Under the Phone queue heading, click Phone queue.
  3. On the InterConnect: Phone funnel page, click a number in one of the rows (customer, lead, prospect, reseller, or suspect).
