Credit Check

Before the contract can be approved the Credit check must be performed. This is done by using the button
Only if the credit check is OK the contract can be approved

Quotes / Reservations / Contracts

When a quote is entered the item numbers in quote are not blocked for rental.

When the option "reservation" in the contract header is activated the item numbers are reserved but they still can be rented to another account. This is also an option in the item number search.

The moment the contact is approved the item numbers can no longer be rented to another account.

In the planning boards the reservations and the contract lines are displayed in different colors

Quotes or contacts can be printed using the button

If the customer wants a contract whit an estimated amount for the entire rental period (tax excluded) the button is used
