Creating and maintaining projects - Log tab

You will see this screen by clicking the Log tab in the project maintenance screen. For more information, see Creating and maintaining projects. In this screen, you can view the log on all the changes made to the fields at the project maintenance screen such as the person that made the changes, the date and time the changes were made, the old values prior to the changes, and the new values that were entered.

Fields

Note: It is possible that not all the columns will be displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see Inserting and deleting columns. All the information in the columns cannot be modified.

Field name

This column displays the names of the modified fields.

Old value

This column displays the old values of the fields.

New value

This column displays the new values of fields.

Full name

This column displays the names of the resources who modified the fields.

Date/Time

This column displays the dates and times the fields were modified.

Comment

This column displays the comments on the changes.
