InterConnect for Macola New Phone Queue Request
Use the Phone Queue (IC) - New page to enter a new phone queue request. After entering and submitting the request, it is visible in the workflow of the account and the workflow of the person entered on the request.
There are five required fields for the phone queue request. Other fields are optional based on your company preferences. Refer to document 19.315.954 to set up the phone queue request.
- Person: This defaults to the resource ID of the person creating the request. You can enter or search for another resource ID.
- Description: Enter a description for the request.
- Account: This defaults to the account on the Phone Queue page. If this is not the correct account, you can enter or search for the account number.
- Contact: Search for a contact for the account.
- Date: Enter a follow up date. This date appears on the account card or contact card. Follow up with the customer or contact by this date.
After entering information for the phone queue, click the Submit button. This creates the request. If you click the Work List button after starting to enter a phone queue request, a message indicates that your changes will not be saved. You can leave the phone queue request page or stay on the phone queue page to complete and submit the request.
How to Enter a New Phone Queue Request
- Navigate to the main InterConnect page (Menu: InterConnect).
- Under the Phone queue heading, click Phone queue.
- On the InterConnect: Phone funnel page, click a number in one of the rows (customer, head, prospect, reseller, or suspect).
- On the Work: Phone queue page, click the New Phone Queue Request button.
