InterConnect for Macola: Printing a Quote

On the Quote [QUOTE NUMBER] page, use the Printable button to print a copy of the quote.

When the Select Layout page opens, select an output and a layout for the quote.

If you choose Microsoft Word or Excel, the system may open a file download message. You can open or save the quote. If you choose PDF, the quote opens. You can save and print the quote.

How to Open and Print a Quote

1. Navigate to the main InterConnect page (Menu: InterConnect).
2. Click Reports.
3. Under the Macola ES heading, click Orders/Sales Reports.
4. On the Orders/Sales tab, under the Current Activity heading, click Open Quotes.
5. Click an open quote order number.
6. Click the Printable button.
