Print: Sales invoice (Historical)

Make a selection of sales invoices that you want to print again. See [Processing functions]. Some of the fields/buttons may differ depending on the functionality. The additional fields/buttons are described here.

Compress lines

By selecting this check box, your printed copies of the invoices will be compressed.

Note: This is enabled only if you have selected the 'Ask: Compress lines' check box on the 'Invoice' tab in [Sales: File, Company settings, Sales settings].

Layout (Grouped invoice)

Select the layout you want to use for the printing of the grouped invoices.

Number of copies

Enter how many copies of the invoices that you want to print.

Select the layout that you want to use for the printing of the invoices.

Troubleshooting

• Printing invoice copies was not successful. What do I have to do now?

  You can print them again. Invoice copies can be printed as many times as you want.

• Can I use the invoice copies to correct mistakes like an incorrect layout or an incorrect payment condition in the original invoice?

  No, an invoice copy is a copy of the original invoice and cannot be changed.
