Defining sales settings

Introduction

Most data remains essentially the same when you create order/invoice entries or print and process orders/invoices. Instead of entering this data for each separate order/invoice, it is possible to define a number of default settings that can be used in most situations and then change the data where necessary. This saves time and reduces error in data entry. All employees who use Exact Financials will then be able to enter and process data in a uniform way.
