Working with asset overviews

You can view the data in your fixed assets accounting system in various ways:

  • Asset quick inquiry

    To show a list of all your fixed assets. You can select an asset here, and zoom to more detailed information.

  • Assets by reference date

    To show the financial status of your fixed assets accounting system at any given moment. The amounts displayed are the valid amounts in the financial year and period specified.

  • Assets per book

    To show the book value of the assets according to the selected asset book (valuation method).

  • Assets per status/cost center/cost unit/department/location/owner

    The book value of the assets according to the selected asset book (valuation standard), totaled per one of the mentioned entities.

  • Depreciation table

    To show depreciation tables for a certain combination of asset book, asset set and asset..

  • Financial transactions per period

    To show all transactions (depreciation, sale, revaluation) and the corresponding amounts per asset group, per asset/asset set, per asset book, per period. The overviews show the amounts by valuation standard.

  • Transactions by type

    To show all transactions by type (e.g. purchase, sale, compression, change user).

  • Book value of assembled assets

    To show the linked sub-assets per parent asset. The book value is totaled per parent asset.

  • Expired assets

    To show all assets that are wholly depreciated.

  • Sales by financial year

    To show the sales status per asset group and per asset for the specified financial year including the sales revenue and sales result.

  • Investment table

    To show the asset set per asset group. Assets are displayed by dates of purchase. The purchase amount is displayed per asset. The subsidy amount, the cumulative depreciation amount, the book value and the supplier can be viewed. The financial year and period in which depreciation started are also stated.

  • Date maintenance

    The date of the last maintenance of the asset and the date of the next maintenance are displayed.

Because most of the overviews are generated in the same way only [Reports, Asset quick inquiry] will be described.
