InterConnect for Macola Order Comments Screen

Use the Order Comments page to add a variety of comments to an order header or an order line and to see the existing comments for an order. The Order Comments page shows nine comment types for the order header and order line. The types are ways to categorize comments that apply to only InterConnect. Progression supports only two comment types: order header and order line.

In InterConnect, if you add a comment to an order header, regardless of the comment type you choose, the comment will be visible as an order header comment in Progression. Also, if you add a comment to an order line in InterConnect, regardless of the comment type you choose, the comment will be visible as an order line comment in Progression.

In Progression, if you add an order header comment, it will be visible in InterConnect on the order header as a "line comment" comment type. Also, in Progression, if you add an order line comment, it will be visible in InterConnect in two places: on the order header as a "line comment" comment type and on the order line as a "line comment" comment type.
