In the business world, most sales processes are governed by a certain number of stages. For instance, if you are to sell a product, you will probably conduct cold calls, set up appointments, conduct product demonstrations, negotiations of the order and close of the deal. Each stage of the process has its own distinct activity.
In Exact Synergy Enterprise, a sales cycle allows users to determine the number of stages a sales cycle will go through, gives each stage of the cycle a name, and links requests to the different stages. This will allow the creation of relevant requests to accompany each stage as it is reached. It also helps in determining the current stage of an opportunity as each opportunity will be tied to a sales cycle.
All users can view sales cycles.

Keep in mind: All fields with the "!" icon are mandatory.
Keep in mind: A sales cycle that is linked to an opportunity cannot be deleted.
Click this to display the results based on the defined criterion.

Select Active to display sales cycles that are active, Inactive to display sales cycles that are inactive, or All to display all sales cycles.
Select the check boxes to determine the sales cycles that you want to delete.
This displays the descriptions of the sales cycles. You can click a hyperlink to view and modify the corresponding sales cycle.
This displays whether the sales cycles are active or inactive.
This displays the creators of the sales cycles. You can click the hyperlink to view the corresponding personal card. For more information, see Viewing personal cards.
This displays the dates and times the sales cycles were created.
