Excel Add-in: explanation function ITEM_DELIVERY

Introduction

With the function ITEM_DELIVERY function you can enter the delivery time for an item in the worksheet.

Explanation of the fields

Company
Select the administration from which you want to retrieve the Exact data. If you select 'Default', the data will be taken from the default company. If you select a company, the data from the selected company will be displayed.

The advantage of not selecting a company is that the same report can be used for each company. You only need to change the default company to get the right data.

Function
Select the function you want to use. In this case  'ITEM_DELIVERY'.

Item code
Select the item you want to use.

Vendor
Select the supplier whose delivery time for the item above, you want to use.

Example

ITEM_DELIVERY("AC1530","  1000",5)
This function results in the delivery time for item "AC1530" by creditor number "1000" in company 5.
