InterConnect for Macola Item Pricing for Customers

On the Item Pricing for Customer page, enter an account (customer number), an item number, and a location to see this item information:

• Default Price: This comes from the item/location in Macola ES.
• Base Cost: This comes from the item/location in Macola ES.
• Customer Discount: This comes from the customer record in Macola ES.
• Unit Price: This is the default price less the customer discount.

How to see Item Pricing Information

1. In Exact Synergy Enterprise, search for or enter a customer account.
2. In the Monitor section, click the (ES) Prices link. This opens the Item Pricing for Customer page.

   

3. Enter an Item and Location, and click the Refresh button to see the Item Pricing information for the customer.

On the Item Pricing for Customer page there are these options:

1. Create a new quote (click the New: Quote button)
2. Return to the list of reports (click the Reports button)
3. Open the customer card (click the customer name link beside the Account field)
4. Open the item card (click the item name link beside the Item field)
