"Location (x): Out of range" error after reading back counts

After reading back counts, you will see the error "Location (x): Out of range" while you are sure you allowed all locations in the range selection.

One possible cause, is that you just cleared a previous location range, but forgot to enable the All option for the new count. Just press the 'New' button again to have a look at your current range selection.

If All is not selected, it actually means: from location "" (empty) to location ""  (empty), so any location would be rejected.


Delete the active selection by selecting "New", "Delete" in the Counts Control Centre.
Then make a new selection and check the option All behind Location.

Now you can still read back the same counts, these will be accepted now.
