InterConnect for Macola Item BOM

The Item BOM page has two sections: Parent Items and Component Items.

The Parent Items section shows how many parent items use the selected items; the quantity per parent; the item's effective date; and the item's obsolete date (if any). There is also a link on each parent item line to that parent item's bill of material.

The Components Items section shows the item's bill of material. The list has the components sequence number; assortment; item number; description; component quantity per parent; per parent cost; effective date; obsolete date (if any); and components.

Division: To view items and bills of material for another division (back office company), select another division (if any).

Item: To view the bill of material for another item, enter the item number.

Exclude Obsolete Items: Select this check box to filter out obsolete items from the list.

Sort By - Sequence number: Select sequence number to sort the components in the list by the bill of material sequence number.

Sort By - Assortment: Select assortment to sort the components in the list alphabetically by assortment.

How to View the Item Bill of Material

1. Navigate to the main InterConnect page (Menu: InterConnect).
2. Click Reports.
3. Under the Macola Progression heading, click Reports: Inventory.

   

4. Under the Activity heading, click Inventory Transactions.

   

5. In the Item column, click an item number. This opens the item card.
6. In the Monitor section, click (Prog) BOM.
