InterConnect for Macola Inventory Quantities

The Item Inventory page shows inventory for the selected item. You can use it to help keep track of inventory that is stocked at your locations, including the quantity of the item on hand (stock), quantity allocated, quantity backordered, and quantity on order at each location. This also shows if the item is binned, serialized, or lotted. There is a ling to the item's serial and lot numbers if it is a serial/lot item.

Reset: Click to clear the Item field.

Reports: Click to return to the InterConnect Reports page.

Transactions: Click to show the inventory transactions for the selected item. If there is no item in the Item field, this shows all inventory transactions.

Division: Select a division for the report. These are back office companies set up in InterConnect.

Item: Enter an item number to see inventory locations and quantities.

How to View Item Inventory

1. Navigate to an item card.
2. In the Monitor section, click (Prog) Inventory.
