InterConnect for Macola Quote Funnel

The Quote Funnel page shows quotations by award probability that should have a follow-up or activity. The time frames for the follow-up or activity are late, one of the next three months, and beyond three months. Each award probability shows the number of quotes in that category and the total the quotes are worth.

On the chart, the Amounts and Counts under the Late, months, Beyond, and total headings are links to lists of quotes that match the award probability row and time frame column. The last row of the chart shows the number and amount (value) of dead quotes.

If you change dead quotes to lost or change the quotations/orders settings to hide dead quotes, they do not appear on the Quote Funnel.

The section under the quote funnel shows the number of closed quotes over the last three months.

Use the fields at the top of the page to filter the quotes in the chart:

Division: Select the back office. The only options available to choose are the divisions set up on the InterConnect divisions page.

Person: Enter or search for a sales person to see the quotes for only that sales person listed on the quote.

Account Manager: Enter or search for an account manager to see the quotes for only that account manager.

Reseller: Enter or search for a reseller to see the quotes for only that reseller.

Sector: Enter or search for a sector to see the quotes for only that sector.

Project: Enter or search for a project to see the quotes for only that project.

Quote Total/Quote Margin: Select the amount type to show on the funnel.

Click Refresh to view the quotes that match your search.

Click Reports to return to the list of Order/Sales reports.

To open the Quote Funnel page:

1. Navigate to the InterConnect menu.
2. Click Reports.
3. Under the Macola ES heading, click Orders/Sales Reports.
4. Under the Analysis heading, click Entire Quote Funnel.
