This screen allows you to search for created price lists. Price lists can be used to specify in advance which prices should be used when sales orders are created. However, the sales prices of the items are sometimes based on the number of items ordered, depending on the price list of the item. From the overview, you can also:
You can filter the price lists that you want to display by defining one or more of the following search criteria and clicking Search. The price lists that match the search criteria you have defined are then displayed. A list of options appears if you click the Browse button in the Currency and Country box. From the list, make your selection and click Select.
Note: It is possible that not all the columns in this example are displayed. You can add or delete columns as required. For more information, see Inserting and deleting columns.
Click this to search for entries based on the defined criteria.
Click this to clear the defined criteria.
Type the number of rows to be displayed for each page. If you have set the default number of rows to 10, then 10 will be displayed. Therefore, if you have more than 10 rows listed, the Previous and Next buttons become available.
Click this to return to the previous page of entries.
Click this to display the next page of entries.
Select the required option to filter the search that starts with or contains a certain letter or word.
Type the description to search for price lists which contain the description. You can also leave this box empty to search for price lists with any description.
Type or select the currency code to display price lists with the selected currency. You can also leave this box empty to search for price lists with any currency.
Type or select the country code to display price lists with the selected country. You can also leave this box empty to search for price lists with any country.
Type the pricelist or part of it to display the price list. You can also leave this box empty to search for all the price lists.
Select this check box to view price lists that are still valid.
Select this check box to view price lists that have expired.
Select this check box to view price lists that have yet to take effect.
Note: A price list can contain active, historical, and future prices. In this case, the price list will be displayed even if only one option is selected.
Click this to rename the price list. A message "This process may take some time. Continue?" will be displayed. Click Yes to continue, or No to exit. If Yes is clicked, the Recode screen will be displayed. In the Recode screen, type a new code for the price list in New, and then click Recode to save the changes. Otherwise, click Cancel to exit.
Note: This button is enabled only if you have selected a price list from the overview.
Click this to copy the details of the selected price list to a new price list. For more information, see Copying sales price lists.
Click this to delete the price list.
Note: The price list can be deleted only if the price list is not used. This button is enabled only if you have selected a price list from the overview.
Click this to edit and/or view the price list. For more information, see Creating and maintaining price lists for sales orders and sales invoices.
Click this to create a new price list or price agreement. For more information, see Creating and maintaining price lists for sales orders and sales invoices.
Click this to exit.
