InterConnect for Macola Serial Lot Inventory

The Serial/Lot Inventory page shows an item's serial/lot inventory for an inventory location. The list on the page shows this information:

• Item number: This is a link to the item card.
• Item Description: This is a link to the item card.
• Serial/Lot Number: The icon () is a link to the serial/lot transactions.
• Mfg #: This is the manufacturer's serial/lot number.
• Location: This is a description of the location.
• Bin: This is the item's bin number.
• Quantity: This is the quantity of each serial/lot number.

Use the fields at the top of the page to review serial/lot inventory for other items:

• Division: Select the back office. The only options available to choose are the divisions set up on the InterConnect divisions page.
• Warehouse: Enter or search for an inventory location. If the warehouse (location) has no serial/lot items, the list will be blank.
• Item: Enter or search for a serial/lot item. The serial/lot item must be at the warehouse location for it to appear on the list.
• Mfg #: This is the manufacturer's serial/lot number. You can change the search on the field to "Contains" to search for a number that contains the value you enter "Equal to" to search for a number that matches the value you enter; or "Starts with" to search for a number that begins with the value you enter.
• Bin: Enter the item's bin number if it has one. You can change the search on the field to "Contains" to search for a number that contains the value you enter "Equal to" to search for a number that matches the value you enter; or "Starts with" to search for a number that begins with the value you enter.
• Serial Lot: Enter the item's serial/lot number. You can change the search on the field to "Contains" to search for a number that contains the value you enter "Equal to" to search for a number that matches the value you enter; or "Starts with" to search for a number that begins with the value you enter.

Click Refresh to view items that match your search.

Click Reset to clear the values in the search fields.
