InterConnect for Macola Serial/Lot Transactions

The Serial/Lot Transactions page shows all transactions for an item's serial/lot. The list shows the source order for the transaction; the order number; the order line number (if any); the item number; the item description; the transaction quantity; the serial/lot number; the manufacturer's serial/lot number; and the transaction date.

The Item and Description have links to the item card. The Serial/Lot Number has a link to the Serial/Lot Trace.

Use the fields at the top of the page to search for and filter the serial/lot transactions.

Division: Select the back office. The only options available to choose are the divisions set up on the InterConnect divisions page.

Source: Select a source from the list to see the serial/lot transactions from only that source package. Leave the source blank to see the serial/lot transactions from all packages.

Order: Enter an order number. You can change the search on the field to "Contains" to search for a number that contains the value you enter "Equal to" to search for a number that matches the value you enter; or "Starts with" to search for a number that begins with the value you enter.

Item: Enter or search for a serial/lot item.

Account: Enter or search for an account to see only the serial/lot transactions associated with that account.

Transaction Date: Enter a date or range of dates for the serial/lot transactions.

Line: Enter a line number to see serial/lot transactions with that line number. Leave the field blank to see serial/lot transactions with any line number.

Serial Lot: Enter a serial/lot number to see transactions for that specific number. Leave the field blank to see all serial/lot transactions for the item. You can change the search on the field to "Contains" to search for a number that contains the value you enter "Equal to" to search for a number that matches the value you enter; or "Starts with" to search for a number that begins with the value you enter.

Mfg #: Enter a manufacturer's serial/lot number to see the serial/lot transactions for the specific number. Leave the field blank to see serial/lot transactions for any manufacturer serial/lot number. You can change the search on the field to "Contains" to search for a number that contains the value you enter "Equal to" to search for a number that matches the value you enter; or "Starts with" to search for a number that begins with the value you enter.

Click Refresh to view the items that match your search.

Click Reports to return to the Inventory Reports page.
