InterConnect for Macola InterConnect Phone Queue

The phone funnel consists of fields for filtering the results on the screen, a table of account types and callbacks (or follow-ups) for each; and a funnel graphic.

To open the Phone funnel page:

  1. Navigate to the main InterConnect page.
  2. Click Reports.
  3. Under the Phone queue heading, click Phone queue.

Each account type that should have a follow-up is represented in the funnel. To see the contact for an account type, click a number in a row under the late column or one of the month columns. This opens the Work: Phone queue screen.

On the funnel, you can click any of the group totals to see a list of the total follow-ups to make.
