The Location transfers screen is displayed when is clicked in the Loc. column (go to Inventory ➔ Entries ➔ Location transfers, select an item, and then click Continue). For more information, see Performing location transfers. This screen allow you to define the destination location and quantity of the items to be transferred.
This displays the code and description of the item in the corresponding line. This cannot be edited
This displays the current location of the item. This cannot be edited.
Type or select a destination location to transfer the item to this location.
This column displays the description of the selected destination location. This cannot be edited.
This column displays the available stock quantity of the item to be transferred, which is the physical stock minus the enriched stock for other sales orders for the warehouse location. This cannot be edited.
Type the number of items to be transferred. The entered number will be displayed under the Move column in the previous Location transfers screen. For more information, see Performing location transfers.
This column displays the sales or purchase unit of measurement for the sales or purchase item to be transferred, respectively. This cannot be edited.
Note: Sls. unit or Pur. Unit will be displayed if you select Sales unit or Purchase unit at Unit in the Extra section at the overview of items to be transferred at Inventory ➔ Entries ➔ Location transfers or Purchase ➔ Entries ➔ Location transfers.
Click to define the serial or batch number of the item to be transferred.
This displays the total quantity of items to be transferred. This cannot be edited.
Click this to confirm the destination location and quantity. Once clicked, the Move column in the previous Location transfers screen will be updated with the value entered in the Move column of this screen.
