Introduction
On this page, you can view a list of work schedule groups. A work schedule group contains a list of individual work schedules linked
to it. From this page, you can also view more information of each work schedule group.
Note: This feature is available if you have selected the Activate: Advanced Work Schedules check box in the Person: Planning section of the HRM general settings. For more
information, see Defining HRM general settings.
Roles and rights
To view the list of work schedule groups, function right 100 — Maintain default work schedule, 101 — Maintain company work schedule, or 102 — Maintain individual work schedule is required. By default, users with the HR role have these function rights.

What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
How do I view the list work schedule groups?
- On the HRM: Work schedule grouping page, type or select a division code to view the work schedule groups belonging to the selected division.
- Specify the status of the work schedule groups at Status.
- Click Refresh.
Buttons
Close
Click this to exit.
Refresh
Click this to update the list of work schedule groups according to the defined criteria.
Reset
Click this to all the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
New
Click this to create a work schedule group. For more information, see Creating and modifying work schedule groups.
Delete
Click this to delete the selected work schedule group(s). Once clicked, the message, “Confirm: Delete?” will be displayed. Click OK to confirm the deletion or Cancel to cancel the deletion. However, if you attempt to delete before selecting a work schedule group, the message, “No data selected” will be displayed. Click OK to close the error message box and select a work schedule group.
Note: You can only delete work schedule groups that are not linked to any employee.
Fields
Criteria section
Division
Type or select a division to display the work schedule groups linked to this division. This information is mandatory. Once you have selected a division, you can view the details of the division by clicking the name of the division displayed next to the box. For more information, see Viewing division cards.
Status
Select Active or Inactive to display the work schedule groups with the respective status. Leave this blank to display both the Active and Inactive work schedule groups.
Results sections
The work schedule groups that meet the defined criteria are displayed in this section. Click the hyperlinks to view or modify the corresponding information.
Select or deselect the check box in the header to select all
or deselect all the work schedule groups at once. Select the check box for the corresponding work schedule group(s) to select only the particular work schedule group(s).
Note: The check box will be disabled when a work schedule group is linked to an employee. Hence, you can only delete the work schedule groups which are not linked to any employee.
Division
This displays the code and name of the divisions to which the work schedule groups are linked. You can view the details of the division by clicking the name of the division. For more information, see Viewing division cards.
Group name
This displays the codes of the work schedule groups. You can view the details of the work schedule group by clicking the name of the group. For more information, see Viewing work schedule groups.
Description
This displays the descriptions of the work schedule groups. You can view the details of the work schedule group by clicking the description of
the group. For more information, see Viewing work schedule groups.
Number of work schedules
This displays the number of work schedule groups per division.
Status
This displays the statuses of the work schedule groups. The status is either Active or Inactive.
