Product Update 501: Microsoft Office 2021 (Synergy Office Integration) now supported
Exact Synergy Enterprise now supports the 32-bit and 64-bit
versions of Microsoft Office 2021. In line with this, you can download the
latest Synergy Office Integration (SOI) version from the installation page, accessible through System > Setup > Other > Installation:

Prerequisites for installation
Before you begin the installation, you will see a pop-up message if
you haven’t installed MS Office or if you use a version of MS Office that isn't supported. This message shows a list of supported MS Office versions and we’ve
now added MS Office 2021 to this list.
Examples of pop-up messages for different versions of the SOI installer:
32-bit SOI installer
64-bit SOI installer
You can check if you’ve successfully downloaded and
installed SOI from the following folders:
SOI 32-bit with MS Office 2021 32-bit
SOI 32-bit with MS Office 2021 64-bit
SOI 64-bit with MS Office 2021 64-bit
