Journal number
Select the journal in which the revenue of the fixed assets is entered after disposal.
Depreciate until disposal date
If you enabled this setting, the selected fixed asset will be depreciated until the last date as when it is disposed.
Entry report
If you enabled this setting, an entry report will be generated after you processed the disposal of fixed assets.
Matrix for data entry
You can click the 'Add' button to add an entry line or the 'Delete' button to delete the created entry line(s).
Asset
Enter the fixed asset which you want to dispose. You can select fixed assets with the status 'active' only.
Date
Enter the date as when the fixed asset is disposed.
Year
Enter the year as when the fixed asset is disposed.
Period
Enter the period as when the fixed asset is disposed.
Description
Enter a description for the disposal of fixed asset.
Currency
Enter the currency in which the price of the fixed asset is expressed.
Price
By default, book value of the fixed asset will be displayed here. However, you can change this value to the price at which you dispose the fixed asset.
Suspense account
Select the suspense account in which the entries should be made. This account will be used to enter the sales price. The suspense account is credited when you receive the payment from debtor.
