InterConnect for Macola Inventory Transactions

The Inventory Transactions page lists all inventory transactions. You can sort these by location, order, line, item, or transaction date. Each transaction line shows the source package; the transaction type; the warehouse (inventory) location; the order number; the order line number; the item number (which is a link to the item card) and item description; the transaction quantity; the transaction date; and the user who completed the transaction.

If an order has multiple line items, an inventory transaction is shown for each line.

Use the fields at the top of the page to filter the transactions in the list:

Division: Select the back office. The only options available to choose are the divisions set up on the InterConnect divisions page.

Source: Select a source from the list to see the inventory transactions from only that source package. Leave the source blank to see inventory transactions from all packages.

Type: Select a transaction type to see only the transactions with that transaction type. Leave the type field blank to see all transaction types.

Order Number: Enter an order number. You can change the search on the field to "Contains" to search for a number that contains the value you enter' "Equal to" to search for a number that matches the value you enter; or "Starts with" to search for a number that begins with the value you enter.

Item: Enter or search for an item number to see the inventory transaction for only that item.

Transaction Date: Enter a date or range of dates for inventory transactions.

Line Number: Enter this purchase order or sales order line number to see only that line number in the list.

Location: Enter or search for a location to see the inventory transactions for only that inventory location (or warehouse).

Click Refresh to view the items that match your search.

Click Reports to return to the list of inventory reports.
