Introduction
With the CC_BAL_DATE (acc_nr;cc;co;VWeekFrom;VWeekTo;balance_type;value) function you can include a balance sheet amount for a cost center by general ledger account (or series of general ledger accounts) within a particular date range, in the worksheet.
Explanation of the fields
CompanySelect the administration from which you want to retrieve the Exact data. If you select 'Default', the data will be taken from the default company. If you select a company, the data from the selected company will be displayed.
The advantage of not selecting a company is that the same report can be used for each company. You only need to change the default company to get the right data.
FunctionSelect the function you want to use. In this case 'CC_BAL_DATE'.
General ledger account Select the general ledger account for which you want the balance to be displayed. You can also enter the account number. Select multiple general ledger accounts as follows: 0050:3000. In this case the balance for accounts 0050 through 3000 will be displayed.
Cost center balance for all the cost centers that begin with an 'A' or a 'B' will be displayed. If you leave the field empty, the balance fo all cost centers will be included.
From date Select the date as of which you want to retrieve the balance. Transactions prior to this date will not be included.
To date Select the date to which you want to retrieve the balance. Transactions after this date will not be included.
Unprocessed You can retrieve information after entry. This means that information from unprocessed entries will also be displayed (unprocessed= 1; processed= 0).
ValueSelect which value you want to have displayed in the worksheet. You have the following options:
RangeIf you select 'Date', entries with entry dates that fall within the date range will be included in the result. If you select 'Reporting date', entries with reporting dates that fall within the date range will be included in the result
Include closing entries This is where you indicate whether you want closing entries to be included in the function.

CC_BAL_DATE (3000;"MAGAZIJN";17;21/6/2001;21/6/2002;1;3;1;1)
The balance 'after entry' for the cost center 'Warehouse' will be included, based on the amounts that have been entered in general ledger account 3000 in the date range 21 June 2001 through 21 June 2002 in company 17 will be included, including closing entries.
