Print: Order confirmation

Make a selection of sales order confirmations that you want to process. See
[Processing functions].

may differ depending on the functionality. The additional
fields/buttons are described here.
Criteria tab
Layout
Select the layout that you want to use for the printing of the order
confirmation.
Action
There are four actions available. You can select one of the following
options:
- {Confirm} - If you just want to confirm your orders, you should select this option.
- {Confirm and print} - If you want to confirm your orders and print the order confirmation at
the same time, you should enable this option.
- {Trial print} - If you want to print a trial version of your order confirmation, you
should enable this option. You can use the trial print to send to your
customer to let him sign the order. When you received the signed form, you
can confirm the order.
- {Trial print including unapproved} - If you also want to include orders which are not approved, you should
select this option.
Header
When you click this button, you have the possibility to enter a header
for the order confirmations you are going to print.
Footer
When you click this button, you have the possibility to enter a footer
for the order confirmations you are going to print.
