InterConnect for Macola Advanced Order Search

Use the Advanced Order Search page to search for open and historical orders from a single screen.

The criteria for the search are flexible and support many of the fields in the order header and order line.

Search results can display a maximum of twenty fields. You can sort on any one of the available fields, either ascending or descending. You can export the search results directly to an Excel spreadsheet. To view the spreadsheet, you must have Excel XP or higher. You must have Function Right 200 to be able to export this data.

Note: The search screen is bound by the Cost Security Level feature that restricts users from viewing Cost Information. Therefore, certain fields may not be available for all users.

How to Open the Advanced Order Search Page

1. Navigate to the main InterConnect page (Menu: InterConnect).
2. Click Reports.
3. Under the Macola ES heading, click Orders/Sales Reports.

   

4. On the Orders/Sales tab, under the Search heading, click Advanced Order Search.
