PU 506 | 505 | 504 (Globe+) and 424 (Globe): ERiC MSI updated to version 42.1 in both 32-bit and 64-bit (German legislation)
VAT returns, EU sales lists, and E-Bilanz are reported electronically through ELSTER. The ERiC DTK (Elster Rich Client Development Toolkit) is used to send reports electronically. However, to send reports using ELSTER, some of the ERiC components must be installed in your environment.
From May 2025, the new version 42.1.8.0 is used by ELSTER for 2025 VAT returns, EU sales lists, and E-Bilanz submissions. This version will replace the existing 41.2.6.0 version in the System module.
In this product update, we have updated the API of ERiC to version 42.1.8.0. The setup tool (MSI installer) for the new ERiC version will be generated with the file name format Exact.ERiC.xx.xx.xx.xx.msi, for example, Exact.ERiC.42.xxxx.msi.
Note: The menu path is only available in Exact Globe+.
Note: You must install the following Microsoft Visual C++ components before running the ERiC MSI installer:
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable – 10.0.40219
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x86) – 12.0.30501.0
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x86) – 14.34.32532
