Modifying Target Agreement Profiles
Introduction
This is the maintenance page of a target agreement profile. A target agreement profile consists of a set of target agreement groups and targets. A target agreement profile will be used for reviewing the targets of a personnel. On this page, you can add or change the policy document linked to the profile as well as modify the description and validity period of the target agreement profile. Target agreement profiles are created by clicking the hyperlink at Target agreement profiles under the General section of a personnel card.
Menu path
To modify a target agreement profile, open a personal card. Under the General section, click the hyperlink at Target agreement profiles to view the read mode of the latest target agreement profile. Next, click Target agreements to obtain a list of target agreement profiles defined for the personnel. Then click one of the hyperlinks under Description column to view the target agreement profile. Finally, click Edit.
Roles & rights
To modify a target agreement profile, function right 95 – Maintain target agreement is required. Users with the HR role have this function right.
For more details on what you can do with function rights or levels, go to System/Setup/Security/Function rights, select the required module, and then click on the relevant ID. To find out the functions you can perform with a particular role, go to System/Setup/Security/Roles, type in the description, click Refresh, and then click the required link under the Role column.
Button
Save
Click this to save the changes and return to the previous page.
Delete
Click this to delete the target agreement profile with the status Open.
Close
Click this to exit and to return to the previous page.
Description
Here, you can view or modify the details of the target agreement profile. Click the hyperlinks for Person, Manager, or Policy (if any), to view or modify the corresponding information. If required, you may also modify the necessary information in the other fields.
General section

Person
This displays the personnel's ID, name, and number of years and months the personnel has been employed. Click the hyperlink to view the corresponding personal card.
Job title (Level)
This displays the job title and level of the personnel.
Manager
This displays the name of the direct manager of the personnel. Click the hyperlink to view the corresponding personal card.
Number of targets: Minimum / Maximum
This displays the minimum and maximum number of targets that can be defined for the target agreement profile.
Note: The number of targets added to the target agreement profile is between the corresponding values defined for division level at HRM/Setup/Organization/Divisions or the corresponding values defined for corporate level at HRM/Setup/General/Settings. The values for division level will overwrite the values for corporate level. If no values are defined at both division and corporate levels, then there is no limitation on the number of targets. If the number of targets added to the target agreement profile is less or more than the minimum and maximum number of targets, the message, “The number of targets must be between the minimum and maximum numbers allowed” will be displayed.
Profile section

Policy
This displays the ID and description of the policy document linked to this target agreement profile. If required, type or select a different document.
Description
This displays a short description of the target agreement profile. If required, type a different description. This information is mandatory.
Valid date: From and to
This displays the validity period of the target agreement profile. If required, type or select a different validity period. This information is mandatory.
