InterConnect for Macola Inventory Report

The Inventory Report shows the amount and quantity over a date range for an inventory item in a chart.

The Quantity is the inventory quantity for the item within the entered date range per period. The Amount is a calculated value: Average quantity over the date range times the average unit cost.

The red block on the chart is the highest quantity for the item within the date range per period.

The green block is the lowest quantity for the item within the date range per period.

The points over the blocks show the cost.

To open the Inventory Report page:

1. Navigate to the main InterConnect page.
2. Click Reports.
3. Click Reports: Inventory.
4. Under the Search heading, click Min/Max Report.

To use the Inventory Report page:

1. Warehouse: Enter an inventory location.
2. Item: Enter an inventory item.
3. Date Range: Select a pre-defined date range, or enter a range of dates.
4. Click Refresh.
