Generating price lists and price agreements per item group report for sales orders and sales invoices

Menu paths

Introduction

An overview of all the price lists and price agreements created based on item groups are displayed. The report displays the description of the item group, validity period of the price lists and price agreements, type of discount, and amount of discount. You can also print the report.

Fields

You can filter the price lists or price agreements that you want to display by defining the search criteria and clicking Start. The price lists or price agreements that match the search criteria you have defined are then displayed. A list of options will be displayed if you click at Pricelist, Item group, and Debtor. From the list, make your selection and click Select.

Type section

Price lists

Select this check box to view price lists based on item groups. By default, this check box is selected.

Price agreements

Select this check box to view price agreements based on item groups.

Selection section

Pricelist

Type or select the price list or price agreement to be displayed. Select the All check box to display all the price lists and price agreements. By default, the All check box is selected.

Item group

Type or select the item group or item group range to display price lists or price agreements with the selected item group. Select the All check box to display price lists or price agreements with any item group. By default, the All check box is selected.

Debtor

Type or select the debtor to display price agreements of the selected debtor. This is mandatory.

Note: This box is enabled only if the Price agreements check box under the Type section is selected.

Reference date

Type or select the reference date of the price list or price agreement to be displayed. Select the All check box to display price lists or price agreements with any reference date. By default, the All check box is selected.

Show section

Level

Select how you want the report to be displayed. You can select any of the following:

• Item - Select this to display all the items in the item group.
• Item group - Select this to display the price lists or price agreements for the item group.

Group by

Select how you want the report to be displayed. You can select any of the following:

• Pricelist - Select this to group all the item groups created with the same price list or price agreement.
• Item group - Select this to group all the price lists or price agreements created with the same item group.

Buttons

Start

Click this to view the price lists and price agreements per item group report. 

Close

Click this to exit.
