PU 507 | 506 | 505 (Globe+): ERiC MSI updated to version 43.3.2.0 (German legislation)

VAT returns, EU sales lists, and E-Bilanz are submitted electronically through Elster. The ERiC DTK (Elster Rich Client Development Toolkit) sends these reports electronically. To send reports using ELSTER, certain ERiC components must be installed in your environment. A local setup tool (MSI installer) was developed for the German legislation.

Starting November 2025, ELSTER uses version 43.3.2.0 for 2025 VAT returns, EU sales lists, and E-Bilanz submissions. This version replaces the existing 42.1.8.0 version in the System module.

In this product update, we have updated the API of ERiC to version 43.3.2.0. The MSI installer for the new ERiC version uses the file name format Exact.ERiC.xx.xx.xx.xx.msi. The ZMDO data type schema is updated. A namespace must be specified. Version 5 remains unchanged.

You must install the following Microsoft Visual C++ components before running the ERiC MSI installer:

• Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x86) – 12.0.30501.0
