InterConnect for Macola Maintenance: Basic System Parameters

InterConnect Maintenance

The InterConnect Setup page serves as a control area and launching pad to configure the features of InterConnect.

The following define each option available on the InterConnect Setup page.

General

The General section provides links to pages that enable you to configure basic system parameters.

Option Description
Divisions Enables you to define the corporate divisions that will be used with InterConnect. See document 21.142.563.
Security Enables you to define security parameters based on level used by InterConnect. See document 21.074.234.

Back Office: Macola Progression

The back office section allows you to define information that is specific to your back office that is required for InterConnect to use.

Option Description
General For selecting a additional Account Card and Item Card options that you would like to have included in the Monitor section of the card. See document 21.460.156.
Quotations / Orders For configuring the information contained within and appearance of quotes and orders. See document 21.074.243.
Free Fields For selecting and managing free fields that are currently in use in your back office. See document 21.074.026.
Preferences For making the additional sales statistics information active or inactive on the sales statistics report. See document 21.460.255.
Purchasing For activating and configuring purchase order receiving. See document 21.460.301.
