Location
Enter a unique code and the description for the location you are creating.
General tab
Address
Enter the address for the location you are creating.
Postal code
Enter the postal code for the location you are creating.
City
Enter the city name for the location you are creating.
Country
Enter the country for the location you are creating.
Language
Enter the language used in the location you are creating.
Contact
You can enter a contact person for the locations you have created, so that you can contact the person who is responsible for the location whenever it is necessary.
Telephone
Enter telephone number for the above contact person.
Fax
Enter fax number for the above contact person.
Documents tab
You can click the 'Add' button to link documents to the location or 'Delete' button to delete the documents.
Matrix for data entry
Category code: External
Select an external category of the document to be linked to the location. You can create external categories in [System: Setup, Documents, External categories, Maintenance].
Description
Enter a description of the linked document, if required.
Path: Complete
Enter the full path or URL of the document. The path in the 'Fixed location' field on the 'General' tab in [System: Setup, Documents, External categories, Maintenance] if defined, will be filled in by default. Then you will only need to enter the remaining path.
