InterConnect for Macola POs: Items Due
The POs: Items Due page lists all purchase orders in the back office that have items due and has fields for searching. You can click the purchase order link for additional information or the supplier link to open the supplier account card.
On the report, the Due column shows two numbers: the quantity due (which is not yet received) and the total number to be received. On the example of the POs Items Due screen below, there is one due purchase order shown. The Due column shows 0/10. The first "0", shown in red is the quantity not received. The second "10" is the total ordered on the purchase order.
Search for and View Purchase Orders with Items Due
- On the Menu: InterConnect screen, click Reports.
- Click the Reports: Purchasing link.

- Click the Purchasing tab.
- Under the Current Activity heading, click Due: PO Lines.

- On the POs: Items Due page, enter data in the search fields to limit the number of purchase orders in the list.

- Click Refresh each time you modify your search parameters to update the results grid accordingly.
The following table describes each field available on the report. You can enter data in as many or as few fields as needed to refine the search.

Division |
Displays the current division. You can select any division set up for use in InterConnect. |
View/Show |
The View field has two options: Items Due and Items Received. Choose which you want to see on the report.
The Show field has three options: All, Incomplete, or Complete. |
Order Number |
Leave this field blank for all purchase orders, or enter a specific purchase order number. |
Supplier |
Leave this field blank to include purchase orders from all suppliers; enter a specific supplier number; or click the search icon to select from a list of suppliers. |
Item |
Leave this field blank to include purchase orders of all items; enter a specific item number for all purchase orders for it; or click the search icon to select from a list of items. |
Dates: Ordered |
You can enter a date range of when the purchase order was entered to confine the returned records. Purchase orders that were ordered in the date range will be returned in the results grid. Click the calendar icon to select the From and To dates, or manually enter the From and To dates in the available edit fields. |
Dates: Due |
You can enter a date range of when the purchase order was due to confine the returned records. Purchase orders that are in the date range will be returned in the results grid. Click the calendar icon to select the From and To dates, or manually enter the From and To dates in the available edit fields. |
Type |
You can choose to confine your search results to purchase orders that are associated to a specific type. Select the correlating check box to include orders with the type of Normal, Blanket, or Drop Ship. You can select one, multiple, or all check boxes. |
Status |
You can search for purchase orders that have a specific status. Select the check box that corresponds to the status you would like included in your search parameters: Closed, Printed, Released, Unreleased, Canceled, and History. You can select one, multiple, or all check boxes. |
Available buttons:
- Click Refresh to update and refresh your report view after you have defined or modified your search criteria.
- Click Advanced to open the Advanced PO Search page.
- Click List to view a related report of all purchase orders.
- Click Reports to return to the Macola ES Purchasing Reports page.
