You can view all the stock option transactions on this page.
Roles and rights
To view stock option transactions, function right 142 –
View
option transaction report is required. By default, users with the HR role
have this function right.

What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product
update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features
explained here will not be applicable.
How do I view stock option transactions?
- On the HRM: Transactions page, define the required criteria.
- Click Show.
Buttons
Close
Click this to exit.
Show
Click this to display the results according to the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Refresh
Click this to update the results according to the defined criteria.
Reset
Click this to clear all the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Search
Click this to search for specific stock option transactions based on the defined criteria. For more information, see Searching for stock option transactions.
Fields
Criteria section
Vesting date
Type or select the vesting date range of the stock options. The vesting date specifies when the stock options may first be exercised.
Note: Typing or selecting only the start of a date range will display results for stock options that are vested on and after it. Typing or selecting only the end of a date range will display results for stock options that are vested on and before it.
End date
Type or select the end date range for the stock options to be exercised.
Note: Typing or selecting only the start of a date range will display results for stock options that the vesting date ended on and after it. Typing or selecting only the end of a date range will display results for stock options that the vesting date ended on and before it.
Granted: Date
Type or select the granted date range of the stock options.
Note: Typing or selecting only the start of a date range will display results for stock options that are granted on and after it. Typing or selecting only the end of a date range will display results for stock options that are granted on and before it.
Status
Select the Active, Hired, and/or Inactive check boxes to display the respective statuses of the people.
