InterConnect for Macola Work Quotes

The Work Quotes page shows the selected quotes from the Quote Funnel page. The list shows the award probability, sector, quote number, account name, account type, close date (if any), quote amount, and possible actions for the quote.

To manually add or change an estimated close date, click the calendar icon for a quote in the Close Date column. This changes the estimated close date (Close Date) shown on the quote.

To change the award probability of a quote, click the appropriate award probability.

To change the estimated close date, click 30, 60, or 90 days. This changes the estimated close date (Close Date) shown on the quote to 30, 60, or 90 days beyond the system date.

Note: You can edit a quote and manually change the estimated close date, if you change one by mistake.

Use the fields at the top of the page to filter the quotes in the list:

Division: Select the back office. The only options available to choose are the divisions set up on the InterConnect divisions page.

Resource: Enter or search for a sales person to see the quotes for only that sales person listed on the quote.

Account Manager: Enter or search for an account manager to see the quotes for only that account manager.

Close Date: Enter a range of quote close dates.

Reseller: Enter or search for a reseller to see the quotes for only that reseller.

Sector: Enter or search for a sector to see the quotes for only that sector.

Project: Enter or search for a project to see the quotes for only that project.

Award Probability: Enter a range of award probability numbers to see the quotes within that range.

Click the Refresh button to view the quotes that match your search.

Click the Quote Funnel button to return to the Quote Funnel page.

How to Open the Work Quotes Page

1. Navigate to the main InterConnect page (Menu: InterConnect).
2. Click Reports.
3. Under the Macola ES heading, click Orders/Sales Reports.

   

4. On the Orders/Sales tab, under the Analysis heading, click Entire Quote Funnel.

   

5. Click an amount or count shown on one of the table rows under the Late column, one of the month columns, or in the Total column.
