Account inquiry

This is the first step in the rental process. The account contacts the dealer (e.g. by phone, by fax, personal visit) to ask for a specific equipment (or part).

For the receiving of the customer inquiry no actions are necessary in the software from Exact. It is just the first contact for a new rental contract.
