Introduction
You can view the cost analysis report on this page.
Roles and rights
To view the cost analysis report, function right 158 – View resources reports is required. By default, users with the General manager, HR, or HR assistant role have this function right.

What version are you using?
The information in this document is applicable to product update 259 and higher. If you have versions lower than this, certain features explained here will not be applicable.
How do I view the cost analysis report?
- On the HRM: Cost analysis page, define the criteria under the Criteria section.
- Click Show.
Buttons
Close
Click this to exit.
Show
Click this to display the report according to the defined criteria.
Note: Once you have clicked this button, the name of the button will change to Refresh.
Refresh
Click this to update the report according to the defined criteria.
Reset
Click this to clear all the defined criteria so that you can start a new search.
Fields
Criteria section
Division
Select a division to display the cost analysis report for the selected division. For more information, see Creating and modifying divisions.
Cost centre
Select a cost center of the division to display the cost analysis report for the selected cost center. For more information, see Creating and modifying cost centers.
Year
Select a year to display the cost analysis report for the selected year.
Month
Select a month to display the cost analysis report for the selected month.
Layout
Select a layout for the report. The available options are:
- Current: Month
- Quarterly
- Half-yearly
- 4-Weekly
