PU 506 | 505 | 504 (Globe+) and 424 (Globe): MyInvois enhanced (Malaysian legislation)
MyInvois has been implemented in Exact Globe+ since product update 504. In this product update, we have made several enhancements to the functionality.
Reference UUID updated into the credit note
When there is a single credit note referenced to a single or multiple invoices, the columns RefUUID and RefInvoice will be updated in the invoice history overview at .
Classification code added to creditor maintenance screen
We added the Classification code field to the creditor maintenance screen. This Classification code is required for the self-billed e-Invoice submission.
Include ID for employee type in the self-billed XML
You can now add an employee's Passport or ID number at the Social security no. field in the Personal section under the General tab at .
You can also add the employee’s TIN number by selecting Other at Type under the Reference number tab at . After that, type the TIN number at Reference number.
Note: If you have defined more than one of the Other type reference number, only the top first reference number will be used as the employee’s TIN.
The TIN number and NRIC or passport number will be updated in the <cac:AccountingSupplierParty> tag in the self-billed XML when defined.
