Maintain: Structure: Project: Department
[Project: Master data, Maintenance, General, Department structure]
To create department structure, firstly right-click on 'Start' and select 'New:Department structure'. Enter the parent department in 'Entity code'. This newly inserted entity code will be displayed under 'Start'.
To create sub-department structure, right-click again on the parent department under 'Start', and select “New:Department structure”. Enter the sub department in 'Entity code'. The parent department will be linked automatically.
Repeat the steps until the department structure is established.
To view the department structure, right-click on 'Start' and select 'Zoom'.
