Overview of cost center groups

On this page, you can display the list of cost center groups. You can define subgroups to each cost center group so that you can have a better view of the cost center layout in the organization chart. You can view the organization chart of the cost centers by clicking Cost centers under the Monitor section at the division card. You can define up to four cost center groups. See the following screen for an example of the organization chart for cost centers:

Roles and rights

All users can view the list of cost center groups. However, to create and modify cost center subgroups, function right 48 – Maintain Cost Center Layouts is required. Users with the General manager and Controller role have these function rights.

How do I modify the descriptions of the cost center groups?

  1. On the HRM: Cost center groups page, click the hyperlink under the Description column.
  2. At Description, type the description of the group. This is mandatory.
  3. Click Save.
