InterConnect for Macola Lost Quotes

On the Quote [QUOTE NUMBER] page, use the Lost Sale button to mark a quote as lost.

How to Mark a Quote as a Lost Sale

1. Navigate to the main InterConnect page (Menu: InterConnect).
2. Click Reports.
3. Under the Macola Progression heading, click Orders/Sales Reports.

   

4. Click Open Quotes to open the Sales: Quotes page.

   

5. Click the Lost Sale button. This opens the Lost Quote: [QUOTE NUMBER] page.

   

6. Enter a Lost Sales Code.
7. If needed, enter a note for the lost sale.
8. Click the Lost Sale button.
