Creating and maintaining internal rates per project per item per resource and internal rates per project per item/person

Introduction

You will see this screen by select selecting Internal at Show, and then clicking New in the Rates tab of a project maintenance screen. For more information, see Creating and maintaining projects - Rates tab and How-to: Managing internal and external rates of projects. At this screen, you can create the following:

Internal rate per project per item per resource
Internal rate per project per item
Internal rate per project per resource

Fields

Item code

Type or select an item to create an internal rate per project per item per resource or internal rate per project per item involving this item. Once saved, this information cannot be edited.

Person

Type or select a person to create an internal rate per project per item per person or internal rate per project per person involving this person. Once saved, this information cannot be edited.

Notes:

Defining both item and resource will create an internal rate per project per item per person.
Defining an item only will create an internal rate per project per item.
Defining a person only will create an internal rate per project per person.

Unit

This displays the sales unit defined for the selected item. This information cannot be edited.

Purchase price

Type a purchase price for the internal rate.

Buttons

Save

Click this to save the internal rate.

New

Click this to create another internal rate.

Close

Click this to exit.
