Maintain: Project unit

Unit
Enter a unique code for the unit you are modifying.
General tab
Project cost category
Here you link a cost category to a unit. Linking a cost category to a unit indicates for which cost category the unit can be used.
Currency
Enter the default currency in which the rates are shown.
Internal rate
Enter the internal rate for this unit.
External rate
Enter the external rate for this unit.
Documents tab
You can click the 'Add' button to link documents to the unit or 'Delete' button to delete the documents.
Matrix for data entry
Category code: External
Select an external category of the document to be linked to the unit. You can create external categories in [System: Setup, Documents, External categories, Maintenance].
Description
Enter a description of the linked document, if required.
Path: Complete
Enter the full path or URL of the document. The path in the 'Fixed location' field on the 'General' tab in [System: Setup, Documents, External categories, Maintenance] if defined, will be filled in by default. Then you will only need to enter the remaining path.
