InterConnect for Macola RMA Orders List

The Sales Returns page shows a list of RMAs that are in the back office.

Division: Select the division that has the RMAs that you want to see.

Date: Enter a date or range of dates to see RMAs that were created on these dates. If you leave this field blank, InterConnect includes all dates.

Account: Enter or search for an account to see only the RMAs associated with that account. You can leave this field blank.

Account manager: Enter or search for an account manager to see the RMAs for only that account manager. You can leave this field blank.

Item: Enter or search for an item number to see the RMAs for only that item. You can leave this field blank.

Project: To see RMAs for a project, enter or search for the project. You can leave this field blank.

Order number: Enter an order number to see the RMA associated with that order. You can leave this field blank.

Purchase order: Enter the customer's purchase order number. You can change the search on the field to "Contains" to search for a number that contains the value you enter; "Equal to" to search for a number that matches the value you enter; or "Starts with" to search for a number that begins with the value you enter. You can leave this field blank.

Status: Select the Open check box to see open RMAs in the list. Select the History check box see RMAs in history. You can select both check boxes. Clear a check box to exclude open or historical RMAs from the list. If you clear both check boxes, both RMA statuses are shown in the list.

Reseller: Enter or search for a reseller to see the RMAs for only that reseller. You can leave this field blank.

Sales person: Select a sales person from the list to see the RMAs for only that sales person. You can leave this field blank.

The list shows the order number, account, date, order status, purchase order, delivery to, sales person, and project for each RMA.

How to see a list of RMAs

  1. Navigate to the main InterConnect page (Menu: InterConnect).
  2. Click Reports. Under the Macola ES heading, click Orders/Sales Reports.

  3. Under the Current Activity heading, click RMA Orders.
