InterConnect for Macola Lost Quotes

Use the Lost Quote page to enter a reason the quote was lost and any necessary notes. Quotes marked as lost cannot be found in the list of open quotes. Use the advanced search, lost sales last 60 days report, or lost sales by month year-to-date report.

How to Mark a Quote as a Lost Sale

  1. Navigate to the main InterConnect page.
  2. Click Reports.
  3. Under the Macola ES heading, click Orders/Sales Reports.

  4. Under Current Activity, click Open Quotes.

  5. From the list of open quotes, open the quote that is lost (click the quote number in the Order number column). If needed use the fields at the top of the page to filter the list of open quotes shown.
  6. On the Quote page, at the top, click the Lost Sale button.

    This opens the Lost Quote Page.

  7. Enter a Lost Sales Code.
  8. If needed, enter a note for the lost sales. You can enter up to 35 characters.
  9. Click the Lost Sale button.
