Asset set
Enter a unique code for the asset set. Once saved, this
information cannot be modified. In the box next to it, enter a description for the
asset set.
General tab
You can click the 'Add' button to link asset books to the asset set or 'Delete' button to
remove the
asset books that have been linked.
Asset group
Enter an asset group that you want to link to the asset set.
Type
Select the type of the asset. You can select one from the following
options:
- {Bulk} - Assets that are purchased in bulk and data should not be
specified per unit.
- {One piece} - Assets that are registered per individual unit without
determining a code.
Matrix for data entry
Asset book
Select an asset book to be linked to the asset set. You can link more
than one asset book to an asset set. By linking multiple asset books to an
asset set, you can design depreciation tables for multiple valuation
standards.
Formula code
Select the depreciation formula code for the selected asset book.
Documents tab
You can click the 'Add' button to link documents to the item or 'Delete' button to delete the
documents that have been linked.
Matrix for data entry
Category code: External
Select an external category of the document to be linked to the item. You can create
external categories in [System:
Setup, Documents, External categories, Maintenance].
Description
Enter a description of the linked document, if required.
Path: Complete
Enter the full path or URL of the document.
The path in the 'Fixed location' field on the 'General' tab in [System:
Setup, Documents, External categories, Maintenance] if defined, will be filled
in by default. Then you will only need to enter the remaining path.
